Return - Cancellation Policy

For all the products you buy from our company you can request a change in size, color or design.
The consumer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product / products.
In this case, the return costs are borne by the sender and in total is 5 €. It is necessary to contact us before the return of a product via e-mail at amaryl@otenet.gr or by phone at 210 2834373 or 210 2834394. Returns are accepted only if the products are in excellent condition received without damage and are complete , in its original packaging.

Withdrawal is the right according to which the consumer has at his disposal a period of 14 calendar days to return the product he bought, for any reason, even unnecessary, and to request a replacement or refund. This deadline is valid in all Member States of the European Union and in case the consumer has not been previously informed about this right, then this deadline is extended to 12 months.

The product must be returned in its original packaging and accompanied by the retail sales receipt you received upon receipt. If the product does not meet the above conditions it will be returned to the sender.

Manufacturing defect of products

In those cases where there is a defect in the product you have the right to return the product you bought and request its replacement with another product or products up to the amount of the price you have paid or with an additional price if you wish, within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product. The return of the product is free from all over Greece, always after consultation with the customer service department 210 2834373 (daily Monday to Saturday 9:00 - 14:00). The return will be done exclusively with a courier that cooperates with our company.
